As a world leader in the healthcare industry, Johnson & Johnson takes their commitment to employee health and safety very seriously. When they needed to raise awareness about hand safety and accident prevention at a global scale, rather than going big, we went small—down to the tiniest details.

We changed the hand safety approach from complying with rules to sharing employee stories of everyday, personal achievements. Dramatic photography paired with testimonials from employees turned their hand safety protocol into a point of pride. Materials were translated into sixteen languages for use across Johnson & Johnson’s global facilities.
