Managing change on a cosmic scale

Google: Project Management Tool rollout for Global Data Centers

Facing market shifts, Google needed to ramp up global data center construction—which meant introducing new software to manage complex builds. But new tools called for new behaviors. Google needed a digital-transformation campaign to launch the tool and turn employees into skilled users and advocates.

Our space-themed campaign cut through the day-to-day clutter, unveiling the software in a fresh way.

  • Stakeholders informed strategy and success metrics, ensuring the campaign design delivered priority outcomes.

  • A launch video and website touted features like smoother collaboration, data accuracy and workflow efficiency.

  • Employees received technical training via structured programs, while newsletters with success stories and how-tos created a connected community of international learners.

Google: Designing a safety revolution

When workplace safety can be a matter of life and death, safety communications can’t afford to be boring and overlooked. To raise awareness and bring safety into daily conversations, we developed a comic-themed campaign that transforms common threats into villains and the data center workers who face them into heroes.

This multi-channel campaign included original art, signage, quizzes, interactive installations, music videos, apparel and more.

  • Tripled employee engagement

  • Thousands of employee interactions

  • Hundreds of ideas from employees that resulted in process improvements

Google: Communicating progress without missing a beat

Launch video for Google’s initiative dedicated to Continuous Improvement

For a company dedicated to connecting the world to information, there is no standing still. And for Google’s internal facility team, MARCUS, the pressure to keep up with demands and communicate progress was challenging, to say the least. That’s where we came in to help. We created a team brand and a robust suite of campaign materials designed to make team progress easy to communicate and track. We used a simple and bold design to quickly convey messaging and socialize MARCUS’s strategy.
